Role Summary

We're looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own brand strategy, growth marketing, and consumer engagement for a fast-scaling beauty/personal care brand. The ideal candidate has led marketing for a consumer brand through a high-growth phase, with deep expertise in influencer/creator ecosystems, content strategy, and building inclusive, culturally resonant campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end brand strategy positioning, campaign architecture, and marketing calendar across a portfolio of products/categories
- Lead influencer marketing and creator partnerships as a core growth lever, building and scaling relationships with talent and content creators
- Drive social media and content strategy across platforms, including short-video/creator-led content formats
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, social, and partnerships
- Define and track marketing KPIs brand awareness, engagement, funnel metrics,



ROI on campaigns and influencer spend
- Partner with sales, e-commerce, and category teams to align marketing with revenue and distribution goals
- Manage brand collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and strategic partnerships with adjacent brands/platforms
- Represent the brand externally PR, industry forums, and brand reputation management
- Own the marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships (creative, media, PR)

Requirements

- Prior experience in beauty, personal care, D2C, or rapid-growing consumer brands strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in influencer marketing, content/creator ecosystems, and social-first campaign building
- Track record of scaling a brand through a high-growth phase (funding round, market expansion, category leadership)
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working directly with founders/CEO and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent storytelling, brand judgment, and ability to balance bold creative bets with measurable growth outcomes
