About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead organic and paid growth, develop growth strategies, and manage cross-functional digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive organic and paid growth across digital platforms.
- Develop and execute growth and content strategies.
- Lead teams across SEO, SMM, Video Editing, and Graphic Design.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, leads, conversions, and overall digital performance.
- Analyze growth metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution.
- Build SOPs and workflows to improve team productivity.
- Present performance reports and growth insights to management.





Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
- Robust knowledge of Organic Growth, Paid Marketing, SEO, SMM, and Content Marketing.
- Proven team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong understanding of digital growth strategies and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- EdTech experience preferred.
