Role Description The Growth Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the intern will assist in designing and executing growth experiments across digital and offline channels, including lead generation campaigns and funnel optimization initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, supporting content and campaign creation, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports and insights for the team.

The intern will also collaborate with sales and partnerships teams on outreach activities, help coordinate projects and timelines,



and contribute ideas to improve GTM strategies and customer acquisition efforts.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with data, interpret metrics, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with clear written and verbal abilities and comfort presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Interest or foundational experience in growth hacking, including experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and willingness to support outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up activities.
- Project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and take initiative on assigned responsibilities.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
