Key responsibilities include:

- Own outbound email infrastructure including domains, deliverability and sequencing.
- Manage outbound tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly and Lemlist.
- Build ICPs, targeted prospect lists and outbound campaigns.
- Analyse reply quality, campaign performance and pipeline generation.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across customer websites and landing pages.
- Conduct funnel analysis using GA4 and supporting analytics tools.
- Design and execute A/B tests and CRO experiments.
- Build measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Develop repeatable growth processes that can scale across accounts.
- Document insights and turn successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks.

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates will typically bring:





- 3-5 years of experience within B2B SaaS growth, demand generation or CRO.
- Hands-on ownership of cold outbound programmes.
- Strong knowledge of deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and domain warming.
- Experience using outbound platforms including Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead or similar.
- Strong CRO experience across funnels, landing pages and experimentation.
- Advanced analytics capability including GA4 and funnel analysis.
- Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Strong experimentation mindset with hypothesis-driven testing.
