Presential is looking for a Growth & Content Executive to join our team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll work across business development, prospect outreach, cold calling, client communication, and content support.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and reach out to potential prospects
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups
- Attend prospect and discovery calls
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate them to the team
- Maintain regular communication with assigned clients
- Keep clients updated on work and progress
- Collect and communicate client feedback
- Support content revisions based on client feedback
- Maintain outreach and performance records
- Follow established scripts, SOPs, and workflows
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI/productivity tools to improve efficiency
- Ensure all external communication is clear, accurate, and professional

- Strong communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients
- Willingness to make cold calls and conduct outreach
- Robust follow-up and organisational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take feedback
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
- A proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven approach
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, client management, outreach, or content is preferred
- Work Mode: Remote

Compensation:

- Fixed salary: ₹12,000–₹16,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives: ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month (subject to applicable terms and conditions)
- Paid 7-day training period
