1. Event Sales & Revenue Generation 30%

Drive sponsorship, exhibition & partnership revenue; achieve event targets and maximize commercial returns.
1. Pipeline & Conversion Management 10% Maintain 3× pipeline coverage, track sales funnel,

improve conversion and ensure accurate forecasting.
1. Key Accounts & Retention 5% Strengthen strategic accounts, drive repeat business,

cross-sell/upsell and improve client retention.
1. Team Leadership & Productivity 5% Set targets, review performance, coach the team,

improve productivity and develop future leaders.
1. Event Strategy &

Commercialization 5% Identify opportunities, develop event propositions, sponsorship strategy, partnerships and revenue plans.
