Location:- Idukki, Kerala

Salary:- ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month

Experience:- 5–10 years in a similar CFO/Group finance leadership role

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Group to lead and oversee the financial operations, planning, and strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage Group-level finance and accounting operations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Oversee audits, financial controls, and risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports and MIS to management.
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and internal controls.




- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insights.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and reporting.

Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar CFO/Group Finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial planning, and compliance.
- Experience in managing finance teams and Group-level financial operations.
- Robust analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
