Role Description This is a part-time, on-site GRC Trainer role based in India. The trainer will deliver structured lessons on Governance, Risk, and Compliance topics, including frameworks, policies, and related tools, to beginner and intermediate learners. Day-to-day tasks include preparing course materials, conducting classroom or lab sessions, guiding learners through practical exercises, and assessing their progress through assignments or quizzes.

The role also involves providing mentorship, answering learner queries, updating training content in line with industry trends, and collaborating with the training team to improve the curriculum. Flexible scheduling may be available,



but regular availability for scheduled sessions and occasional workshops is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Experience in IT security, risk management, or compliance roles, preferably with exposure to audits and policy development.
- Ability to design and deliver transparent, structured training content for diverse learner groups.
- Effective communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to support teaching and learner engagement.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in IT or GRC is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in GRC, cybersecurity, or risk management (such as ISO, CISSP, CISA, or similar) are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the training team and adapt content to learner feedback.
