- 1 – 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or political field.

- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field.

- Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan

nMajor Roles & Responsibilities:

n

n
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
n
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent with the brand tonality.
n
- Present finalised ideas and concepts to the internal teams and clients.
n
- Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
n
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in design and advertising.
n
- Being a part of all client meetings and communicating with internal teams to discuss the business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
n




- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing concepts to suit their purpose.
n
- Obtain approval of the concepts by submitting rough layouts and sketches.
n
- Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
n
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
n
- Maintain necessary design trackers to track their work and ensure, as per scope, we are delivering from the design front.
n

nSkills Required:

n

n
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
n
- Excellent design and artistic abilities.
n
- Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc. would be a great add-on.
n
- Excellent time management skills.
n
- Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
