About us

ONE Advertising is a real estate-focused performance marketing agency with clients including Godrej Properties, DAMAC, Eldeco. We've managed ₹50Cr+ in ad spend and are known for delivering qualified real estate leads at a fraction of industry-standard costs. We're growing our in-house creative team and looking for a graphic designer who can produce high-volume, on-brand creative for performance campaigns and client-facing deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design static ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns across multiple real estate projects (residential, commercial, luxury villas, plotted developments)
- Build client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports in our house design system (clean, contemporary, real estate-focused)
- Create social media creatives, carousels, and brand assets for both client accounts and ONE Advertising's own channels
- Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to speed up ideation and asset generation
- Design landing page visuals, brochures,



and print-ready collateral (floor plans, project highlights, amenity graphics)
- Iterate quickly on creative variations for A/B testing based on campaign performance
- Maintain brand consistency across client accounts while adapting to each client's identity

Qualification Criteria

- 1–3 years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to real estate, D2C, or performance marketing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) as part of your workflow
- Understanding of design for performance — what stops the scroll, what converts — not just aesthetics
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with fast turnaround expectations
- An eye for real estate visual storytelling — space, scale, lifestyle, and aspiration
- Bonus: basic video/motion graphics skills, experience with print design/DTP
