About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can take an idea from a brief to a finished creative — whether that means designing a social media post or editing a reel.

You should be comfortable working across both graphic design and video editing, have a good eye for visuals, and know how to turn ideas into content that looks valuable and communicates clearly.

What You’ll Do

Graphic Design

Create social media posts, stories, ads and campaign creatives

Design presentations, brochures and other marketing materials

Develop layouts, typography and visual concepts

Adapt creatives for different platforms and formats

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Video Editing

Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and promotional content

Select footage, music, transitions and effects

Create engaging edits suitable for social media

Add text, graphics, subtitles and basic motion elements

Create straightforward animations and motion graphics when required

Creative Work

Understand briefs and turn them into creative ideas

Work on multiple brands and projects

Take feedback and make revisions

Keep up with current design, video and social media trends

Bring your own ideas instead of simply following instructions

Tools We Expect You to Know For Design

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator





Adobe InDesign

Canva For Video

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

DaVinci Resolve / CapCut

You don't need to master every tool listed, but you should be confident with the tools you use regularly.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Strong graphic design fundamentals

Good video editing skills

Ability to handle both design and video assignments independently

Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy

Good sense of pacing, music and storytelling in video

Creative thinking and attention to detail

Ability to understand a brief and work within deadlines

Comfortable receiving feedback and making changes A portfolio that demonstrates both graphic design and video work

Important

This is not a graphic-design-only role or a video-editing-only role.

We are specifically looking for someone who can design + edit and is comfortable switching between the two depending on the project.
