Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative and academic communications team. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for healthcare education, medical conferences, academic programs, digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of visual communication, and the ability to transform concepts and information into engaging graphics and videos.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

- Design creative and professional social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, standees, certificates, invitations, and digital creatives.
- Develop visual content for medical conferences, CMEs, webinars, workshops, academic programs, and healthcare campaigns.
- Design PowerPoint presentations, infographics, charts, diagrams, and educational materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
- Work with provided briefs, content, references, and brand guidelines to create appropriate visual concepts.
- Select and edit suitable photographs, icons, illustrations, stock images, and other visual assets.
- Prepare artwork in appropriate formats and dimensions for print and digital platforms.
- Handle basic image retouching, colour correction, background removal, resizing, and image enhancement.

Video Editing

- Edit videos for social media, YouTube, academic programs, conferences, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, teasers, event highlights, promotional videos,



and educational clips.
- Edit recorded lectures, interviews, panel discussions, webinars, and conference sessions.
- Add titles, captions, subtitles, transitions, animations, lower thirds, logos, music, and sound effects where appropriate.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio cleanup, noise reduction, and video enhancement.
- Create engaging video content while maintaining a professional healthcare/academic visual style.
- Manage and organize video assets, project files, raw footage, and final exports.

Software Skills

Required:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Corel Draw
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- PowerPoint

Good to have:

- DaVinci Resolve
- Canva / Figma
- CapCut / VEED or similar short-form video editing tools
- Basic understanding of AI-assisted design and video tools

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and visual transitions.
- Ability to understand complex medical/academic content and convert it into clear visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with academic, marketing, and event teams.
- Willingness to learn new design technologies, software, and AI-based creative tools.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film & Video Editing, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience and a solid portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Experience

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in healthcare, medical education, academic institutions, conferences, events, or corporate communications will be an advantage.

Portfolio Candidates should submit a portfolio showcasing:

- Social media creatives
- Posters/brochures
- Presentation designs
- Infographics
- Short-form videos/Reels
- Event/conference videos
- Motion graphics or animation, if available
