nWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at The Wimpy’s Wrath.

n

nWhat we’re looking for:

n• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience

n• Agency experience is preferred

n• Experience working on multiple brands and projects at the same time

n• Should be based in Delhi

n• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other professional design tools

n• Positive communication skills and the ability to understand briefs, discuss ideas, and communicate clearly with the team

n• Open to learning new tools, software, and design styles

n• Comfortable taking feedback and working with a team

nDesign experience we’re looking for:

nYou should have hands-on experience working across different types of design requirements, including:

n• Social Media Creatives: Designing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

n• Ad Creatives: Creating static, carousel, and other visual creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaigns

n• Campaign Creatives:



Developing a consistent visual direction for campaigns and adapting it across different formats

n• Carousels: Designing multi-slide social media carousels with good layouts, typography, and visual flow

n• Static Creatives: Designing regular social media posts, announcements, promotional posts, offers, and other brand content

n• Branding: Experience working on brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, visual direction, brand guidelines, and related brand assets

n• Print Designs: Designing brochures, flyers, posters, standees, packaging, business cards, and other print-ready materials

nYou should be comfortable switching between different brands and understanding that every brand may require a completely different design style.

nWork Details:

n• Work from office: Okhla, New Delhi

n• Monday to Saturday

n• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

n• Alternate Saturdays: Work From Home

n• Probation period: 6 months

n• Hybrid work option available after completing 6 months

n

n• Salary:depending on experience and skills
