About The Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic + Motion Designer with real estate industry experience to lead our visual communication. You will create high-impact visuals that sell properties - from luxury brochures and project launches to reels, walkthrough videos, and 3D property animations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Graphic Design:

- Design premium collaterals: Project Brochures, E-Brochures, Fact Sheets, Price Lists, Floor Plans, Master Plans, Site Maps
- Create sales kit: Standee, Hoardings, Gate Arches, Site Branding, Office Branding
- Design digital ads, WhatsApp creatives, emailers, and social media posts for ongoing projects
- Work on luxury property branding, logo design, and brand guideline creation
- Retouching and color grading of property photos / site shots / sample flat shoots

1. Motion & Video (Core Skill):

- Create cinematic property reveal videos, project teaser videos, and construction update videos
- Edit walkthrough videos, drone shoot edits, testimonial videos, and event coverage
- Create animated floor plans, location map animations, project journey animations




- Design motion graphics for Reels / Shorts - Amenity highlights, Price reveal, Offer animations, Festival creatives
- Logo animation, 2D explainer videos for process (e.g., How to book)

1. Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partner teams for lead-gen creatives
- Coordinate with 3D rendering agencies, printing vendors, and photographers
- Manage multiple projects (Residential, Commercial, Plots) simultaneously

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as Graphic + Motion Designer, minimum 1+ year in Real Estate / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction industry is mandatory
- Strong portfolio with Real Estate work - Brochures, Reels, Property Videos [Portfolio link is mandatory]
- Expert in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Proficient in Figma / InDesign for brochure layouts
- Understanding of real estate marketing - what makes a buyer enquire
- Knowledge of print production: bleed, CMYK, paper sizes, material types
- Ability to create clean, luxury, and premium aesthetics (not just loud sales creatives)

Good to Have:
- Basic 3D knowledge - Blender / SketchUp / 3Ds Max walkthrough editing
- Experience with Lottie, Canva, CapCut
