We work with clients across different industries, so this role will involve working on a wide variety of creative projects rather than a single brand or industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong hands-on skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, along with a valuable understanding of print design and production requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for layout, typography, composition, branding, and visual communication, and should be comfortable creating designs for both digital and physical applications.

You may work on projects ranging from social media creatives and brand assets to brochures, packaging, signage, promotional materials, and client presentation/mockup designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
- Design print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners, packaging, business cards, signage, and other print materials.
- Create and edit vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Create photo manipulations, mockups, visual compositions, and presentations using Adobe Photoshop.
- Convert client ideas, references, sketches, or existing designs into polished creative outputs.
- Create realistic product, branding, signage, and environmental mockups to help clients visualise the final outcome.
- Prepare artwork according to required dimensions, resolution,



colour modes, bleeds, and other basic print-production requirements.
- Make design revisions based on client or internal feedback.
- Maintain proper file organisation and provide editable/source files when required.
- Work on multiple projects and maintain consistency across different brands and industries.
- Collaborate with the creative/project management team to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good understanding of print design and print-production requirements
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, spacing, and composition
- Good knowledge of vector design and image editing
- Ability to create professional mockups and visual presentations
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Good to Have:

- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Experience with branding and identity design
- Experience with packaging design
- Experience with signage/neon/signboard design
- Basic understanding of CorelDRAW
- Experience working with agencies or multiple clients

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can think like a designer, not just operate design software.





You should be able to take a simple brief such as:

“We need this logo converted into a sign and want to show the client how it could look on their storefront.”

and turn it into a polished, professional visual.

Similarly, you should be comfortable taking a basic print requirement and preparing a properly structured, production-ready design.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their previous work.

Your portfolio should ideally demonstrate:

- Social media designs
- Branding/logo work
- Print designs
- Posters/banners/brochures
- Packaging or signage work
- Photoshop mockups/compositing
- Any other commercial design work

A portfolio is more important to us than a certificate.
