We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, typography, color, layout, branding, and print-ready artwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Create attractive designs for T-shirts, corporate gifts, promotional products, packaging, banners, social media, and marketing materials.
- Prepare customer artwork for DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, vinyl, and other printing methods.
- Create, modify, resize, clean, trace, and recreate customer-provided designs and logos.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files with proper dimensions, resolution, colors, transparency, and positioning.
- Create product mockups and presentation visuals for customer approval.
- Design promotional creatives for social media, advertisements, website banners, catalogues, and campaigns.
- Maintain consistency with company branding across all creative materials.
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to understand customer requirements and ensure designs are production-ready.
- Review artwork carefully before production to avoid spelling, sizing, alignment, color, and quality errors.
- Organize design files systematically for easy retrieval and future use.




- Handle multiple design requirements while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating vector artwork and transparent PNG files.
- Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, resolution, bleed, print dimensions, and other print-production requirements.
- Ability to recreate low-quality logos or artwork into clean, high-resolution/vector formats.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand customer references and convert them into professional designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Experience Previous experience in custom printing, T-shirt printing, corporate gifting, promotional products, signage, digital printing, or advertising will be preferred.
