Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, collaborating closely with the décor and event design teams. Daily responsibilities include creating visual concepts, designing event-related graphics, and developing layouts for backdrops, signage, invitations, and digital assets that align with client themes and brand identity.

The role involves preparing print-ready files, coordinating with vendors for production, and ensuring consistency of visual elements across different event touchpoints.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to logo and branding development for clients,



support the marketing team with promotional materials, and participate in brainstorming sessions to translate décor concepts into cohesive visual designs. Attention to detail, timely delivery, and the ability to adapt designs to diverse cultural and thematic requirements are essential.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital event-related materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities for clients and internal marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and visual impact in event collateral.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Experience in event, wedding, or décor-related design, including working with printers and production vendors, is an advantage.
- Solid visual communication skills, creativity, and an eye for detail, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive feedback constructively, and adapt designs to client requirements.
