Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and operations-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the exhibition, retail, interior, signage, or fabrication industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with practical knowledge of production processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with printers, vendors, fabricators, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create artwork and designs for exhibitions, retail spaces, signage, branding, and fabrication requirements.
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready artwork as per specifications.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, fabricators, and production teams.
- Understand materials, sizes, measurements, finishing, and production requirements.
- Ensure artwork is accurate and feasible for production.
- Make design modifications based on client and production requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Check final artwork, proofs, and samples before production.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from design to production.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- Prior experience in exhibition, retail, interior, signage, or fabrication is preferred.
- Strong understanding of production and printing processes.
- Operations-oriented approach with good coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, dimensions, materials, and production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Valuable communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join by 1st October are preferred.
