Job Title: Graphic Designer (Mid-Level)

Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for Mid-Level Graphic Designers with a strong sense of aesthetics and a solid understanding of brand identity. This role focuses on executing high-quality design work while maintaining consistency within an established visual system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design assets for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and brand communication and Print Media mainly retail and VM.
- Execute within defined brand guidelines with precision and consistency
- Adapt designs across formats while maintaining visual integrity
- Collaborate with the creative and cross functional team to ensure cohesive outputs

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design




- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, well-crafted design and an understanding of brand identity ( mandatory )
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual composition
- Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively

Preferred:

- Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Experience in quick paced agency environments
- Exposure to global design trends and visual cultures
- Basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus
