KRYSSTAL is a design-led Indian D2C brand offering premium bath and kitchen solutions including smart kitchen sinks, faucets, showers, floor drains and bathroom accessories.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer who can work across branding, performance marketing, social media, website, marketplaces and packaging. Strong hands-on knowledge of AI design tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives, reels covers, carousels and campaign visuals.
- Design Meta/Google performance ads and multiple creative variations.
- Develop website banners, PDP graphics and marketplace creatives.
- Work on packaging, inserts, labels and product launch campaigns.
- Use AI tools for lifestyle imagery, product environments, editing and ideation.
- Convert product features into premium, easy-to-understand visuals.
- Create basic motion graphics and short-form video assets.
- Maintain KRYSSTAL’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Track design trends across Instagram, Pinterest and leading D2C brands.

Must-Have Skills
- AI Tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Magnific or similar.
- Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Video/Motion: Basic After Effects / Premiere Pro.




- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and premium aesthetics.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives, not just organic social posts.
- Ability to work quickly, ideate independently and manage multiple briefs.

- Figma
- Shopify familiarity
- Amazon A+ design
- Packaging design
- 3D / Blender / CGI
- Product photography or art direction

Ideal Background
- 2–5 years in a D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle or consumer brand
- Experience across social media, ads, website, packaging and marketplaces
- Strong portfolio is mandatory
