This role involves creating and developing visual designs for digital and print requirements, including posters, banners, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, event materials, and other design assets. The graphic designer will understand creative requirements, develop design concepts, edit existing artwork, and deliver visually appealing designs based on project needs. The role will also involve making revisions based on feedback, preparing files for digital and print use, and maintaining organized design assets.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating posters, banners, brochures, presentations,



digital creatives, event materials, and other visual content.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Experience in photo editing, image retouching, background removal, and image manipulation.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and complete design revisions within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and maintain organised design files.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
