About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our retail stationery team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our products, stores, social media, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Create attractive designs for social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

- Design product creatives, banners, posters, brochures, catalogues, and other retail marketing materials.

- Create visual content for current product launches, offers, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions.

- Develop product images and creatives suitable for e-commerce and online platforms.

- Maintain consistency in brand style, colours, fonts, and visual identity across all designs.

- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements.

- Edit product photographs and create visually appealing product presentations.

- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for social media, print, digital platforms, and in-store displays.





- Stay updated with current graphic design and social media trends relevant to retail and stationery products.

- Handle multiple design requirements while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools is an advantage.

- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout, and visual composition.

- Experience in creating social media and promotional content.

- Basic knowledge of photo editing and product image enhancement.

- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

- Good communication and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.

- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred

- Experience in retail, stationery, e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer products.

- Knowledge of creating product catalogues and e-commerce creatives.

- Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
