: Graphic Designer (Experiential and Luxury Brands)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for a mid-level designer ready to step up, take ownership of exciting projects, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling. You will work across a variety of mediums including print, digital, packaging, and physical spaces, with a core focus on delivering premium aesthetics for luxury and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual Execution: Develop and refine design assets for print collateral, digital marketing, website layouts, and social media platforms.
- Packaging Design: Assist in crafting premium packaging concepts, creating precise dielines, and preparing files flawlessly for print production.
- Experiential Graphic Design: Design collateral for physical spaces, including signage, event backdrops, and interactive environment touchpoints.
- Asset Optimisation: Utilise a mix of professional software and agile cloud tools to deliver clean, modern, and easily adaptable assets.
- Collaboration:



Brainstorm alongside the Senior Designer and copywriters to turn brief objectives into impactful visual designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally with exposure to experiential marketing, premium packaging, or the hospitality industry.
- Software Toolkit: Strong proficiency in the core Adobe Creative Suite applications, namely Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Modern Tools: Fluent in Canva for quick-turnaround social media graphics, templates, and cooperative presentations.
- Desirable Skillset: Skills in video editing and motion graphics like Premiere Pro or After Effects are highly preferred and will set you apart.
- Technical Precision: Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, colour theory, and preparing assets for both digital deployment and physical print.
- Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio highlighting clean design aesthetics, diverse print and digital projects, and a clear understanding of brand consistency across different channels.
