About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, branding materials, and other business requirements.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency, along with the ability to translate concepts and ideas into high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, banners, business documents, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on marketing and business requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual style, fonts, colours, and design guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, HR, sales, and management teams to understand design requirements.
- Create designs for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.




- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various digital and print applications.
- Stay updated with current design trends, creative styles, and digital content formats.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review final artwork for quality, accuracy, alignment, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors/printers when required for print-related requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and composition.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good time-management and ability to handle multiple assignments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.




- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates are required to submit a portfolio of previous design work along with their updated CV.

Working Details

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work From Office
