As a Youth Graphic Designer , you’ll work with our youth-led team to create visuals that represent Bond Room’s mission and connect with young audiences.

What You’ll Do

- ? Design social media posts, campaigns, posters, reels covers, presentations, and other digital content.
- ✨ Help build and maintain Bond Room’s visual identity, including branding elements, typography, layouts, and design styles.
- ? Turn ideas from our programs, campaigns, and events into creative and engaging visuals.
- ? Create content that feels relevant, fresh, and engaging for today’s youth.
- ? Collaborate with our Youth, Marketing, Social Media, and Program teams .




- ⏰ Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- ? Experiment with new creative styles, trends, and visual storytelling.

Who We’re Looking For

- Young creatives, especially school and college students , who are passionate about graphic design.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting with ideas and bringing concepts to life visually.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar platforms is a plus.
- You don’t need to be an expert — creativity, consistency, and a willingness to learn matter most.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities.
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in education, mentoring, or social impact initiatives is an added advantage.
