Key Responsibilities

- Design and format regulatory documents, product labels, artworks, leaflets, and packaging materials as per approved specifications.
- Create and modify regulatory artwork using CorelDRAW and other relevant graphic design software.
- Ensure all artwork and regulatory materials comply with approved text, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare artwork for product registration, renewals, variations, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, QC, R&D;, and Marketing teams for artwork development and approval.
- Review artwork for text accuracy, dimensions, fonts, colors, symbols, barcodes, batch details, and other regulatory information.
- Make revisions based on regulatory comments, internal review, and country-specific requirements.
- Maintain proper version control, artwork records, and approved master files.
- Prepare high-quality print-ready files and coordinate with printing/packaging vendors when required.
- Ensure timely completion of artwork and documentation while maintaining accuracy and consistency across product materials.

Core Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic designing,



preferably in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/FMCG regulatory artwork.
- Strong hands-on expertise in CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical labels, cartons, foils, leaflets, packaging materials, and regulatory artwork.
- Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs and country-specific labeling requirements.
- Positive knowledge of CMYK, RGB, DPI, dimensions, bleed, fonts, and print-ready file preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artwork projects and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
