Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor based at the Scholars Den campus in Moradabad. The role involves conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print media, including social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, and classroom materials that reflect the institute’s brand and academic focus.

The Graphic

Designer and Video Editor will plan, shoot (as needed), and edit video content such as promotional videos, student testimonials, faculty introductions, and educational materials for online and offline channels.



Daily responsibilities include collaborating with academic and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, creating compelling designs aligned with branding guidelines, and delivering high-quality creatives within set timelines. The role also includes preparing files for production, maintaining an organized asset library, and continuously refining design and video outputs based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to maintain and enhance the institute’s visual identity.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create explicit, readable, and visually appealing educational and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant experience in educational, coaching, or similar sectors, along with a portfolio demonstrating design and video work, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Moradabad, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is advantageous.
