The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, government initiatives, events, and departmental communication. The role will work closely with the Social Media Manager and content team to develop creative designs aligned with client requirements and branding guidelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Creative Design: Create social media posts, banners, posters, infographics, announcements, and campaign creatives.
- Digital Content: Design creatives for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Campaign Creatives: Develop visual concepts for government campaigns, awareness programs, events, festivals, and special occasions.
- Department Requirements: Create department-specific creatives based on approved content briefs and communication requirements.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, layouts, and visual identity across all creatives.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager, content writers,



and video team to convert concepts and content into effective visuals.
- Revisions & Approvals: Incorporate client feedback and make required revisions within defined timelines.
- Infographics: Convert complex information, data, and statistics into clear and visually engaging infographics.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, proper alignment, readability, image quality, and adherence to design standards before submission.
- Asset Management: Maintain an organized repository of design files, templates, photographs, icons, and other creative assets.

Key Competencies

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in digital/social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or equivalent design tools.
- Good understanding of social media design formats and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Robust creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into effective visual communication.
