The Role

We are seeking a talented, visually expressive Creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team in Kerala. In this role, you will be the core visual storyteller for the Abseco brand, working under the Marketing Department while closely associating with the Product Development Team.

If you thrive on translating complex technology and sleek hardware into clean, modern visual concepts that captivate both consumers and business partners, this role is for you. Your primary objective will be to design striking visuals for our physical product packaging, technical hardware catalogues, digital marketing campaigns, UI graphics, and exhibition media.

Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time delivery of launch collaterals, visual consistency across Abseco packaging, and engagement rates on digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Asset Creation: Design high-impact visual assets for digital marketing, social media campaigns, print collateral, product catalogues, and corporate presentations.
- Hardware Branding & Packaging: Develop branding assets, product packaging designs, label graphics, and user manual layouts for Abseco’s smart automation hardware.
- Engineering & Product Collaboration: Collaborate with product engineering and marketing teams to create clean technical vector illustrations, architectural lighting layouts, and system workflow diagrams.
- Digital & UI/UX Support: Design UI/UX graphic elements, icons, and visual media for web platforms, landing pages, and promotional applications.
- Exhibition & Event Media: Create large-format display media, banners, and booth artwork for trade shows, expos, and experience centre displays.
- Brand Consistency Management: Ensure visual consistency, high aesthetic standards, and brand alignment across all online and offline customer touchpoints.
- Project Pipeline Ownership: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept draft to final print-ready artwork or digital export.
- Asset Library Maintenance: Organise and maintain a centralised repository of raw design files, product renders, and brand guidelines to ensure seamless cross-departmental access.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



1 to 2 years as a Graphic/Visual/Brand Designer, preferably in tech, consumer electronics, interior architecture, or manufacturing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Design Core: Strong command of typography, visual hierarchy, layout design, colour theory, and brand identity systems.
- Technical Output: Practical knowledge of hardware packaging design, vector artwork, print pre-press setup, and digital export workflows.
- Concept Translation: Ability to convert technical, engineering, or hardware schematics into clean, intuitive graphics.
- Software Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and working knowledge of Figma.
- Communication: Ability to clearly explain and justify design choices to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English for corporate branding text, and working Malayalam for local print vendor coordination in Kerala.
- Portfolio: Mandatory link to an online portfolio or PDF showing a diverse range of visual and branding work.
- Bonus Skills: Prior exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or 3D rendering is a strong plus.
