Graphic Design Lead Mylo

Location: Gurgaon, India

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Design Lead to lead and manage a team of graphic designers first, while also staying hands-on as an individual contributor. This is not a purely managerial role you'll be expected to lead, mentor, and review the team's work, and also pick up briefs and execute design work yourself.

What You'll Do

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers — assign work, review output, give feedback, and help them grow
- Own and execute your own high-quality design work across digital (app/web), social media, marketing campaigns, and print/packaging (Mylo Baby, Mylo Care product lines)
- Translate briefs from the Creative Director, marketing, and product teams into transparent creative direction for the team
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, balancing team oversight with your own IC work
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product,



and content teams to ensure design supports business goals
- Stay on top of design trends relevant to parenting/D2C/social-first brands

Must Haves

- 8–12 years of graphic design experience, with proven experience leading/managing a design team
- Experience working in a D2C brand/company is mandatory
- Strong portfolio showing range across digital, social, and print/packaging
- Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead a team — assign work, review, give feedback — while still being hands-on with your own design work
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

- Experience in parenting, healthcare, or lifestyle brands
- Basic understanding of motion/video editing
- Experience working directly with a Creative Director in a fast-paced environment
