Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the design and branding efforts of IndusTreeBiz across digital and print platforms in a full-time, on-site role based in Rajendra Place. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual assets such as social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines. The intern will assist with logo design, image editing, and layout refinement for client and internal projects.





The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and consulting teams to translate concepts into clear visual narratives, organizing design files, and preparing artwork for deployment. The intern will have opportunities to learn about brand strategy, business consulting, and growth marketing while contributing to real client projects under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clean, professional visual assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support development of consistent brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing and basic photo retouching using common design tools.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Canva is preferred.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in design, visual communication, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration are expected.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment at Rajendra Place.
- A portfolio or samples of previous design work demonstrating creativity and technical ability will be an advantage.
