Role Description The Graphic Design Intern role at Dramantram is an on-site internship based in New Delhi. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital and video projects, including graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing materials. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with logo and brand element development, preparing design layouts, and editing images to align with project requirements.

The intern will collaborate closely with team members, participate in brainstorming sessions,



and adapt designs based on feedback to ensure consistency with client branding and agency standards. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced creative environment and exposure to the full design workflow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for creating effective visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing to refine and optimize visual assets for various formats.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, visual sense, and the ability to follow brand guidelines are important.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback is expected.
- Enrollment in or completion of a design, visual communication, or related program is an advantage, along with a portfolio demonstrating design work.
