The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical will receive hands-on training in mechanical project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, plant start-up, and maintenance. The role involves supporting senior engineers in preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, vendor/contractor coordination, technical documentation, and safety compliance.

The candidate will initially be deployed in the Projects Department and, after successful project completion, will move to Plant Maintenance, including rotational shifts. Exposure will include pumps, compressors, boilers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, valves, piping, tanks, and material handling equipment.

The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, robust technical fundamentals, basic knowledge of engineering drawings/AutoCAD and mechanical equipment, good communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to work at project/plant sites, rotational shifts, weekends, and shutdowns when required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
