Experience

0–1 Year / Freshers – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Metallurgy or related field.
- Freshers with interest in Fabrication & Welding Quality are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect fabricated and welded components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspection of welding joints for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, overlap, lack of fusion, etc.
- Check fit-up, alignment, dimensions, weld size, and joint preparation before and after welding.
- Verify welding parameters and ensure compliance with approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
- Monitor fabrication activities and identify quality issues at the shop-floor level.




- Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Welding Gauge, Measuring Tape, and Height Gauge.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, check sheets, and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production and Welding teams for rectification of identified defects.
- Support NDT activities such as DPT, MPT, UT, and RT as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Assist senior Quality Engineers/Inspectors in maintaining overall fabrication quality.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
