We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechanical to join our Pre-Fabrication Production Department. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with a robust interest in mechanical production, fabrication processes, shop-floor operations, and quality standards.

The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to production activities and gradually take responsibility for coordinating and monitoring pre-fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day pre-fabrication and production activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure work is completed as per production plans.
- Understand and interpret mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
- Coordinate with production supervisors, engineers, operators, and other departments.
- Monitor fabrication activities such as cutting, fitting, welding, assembly, and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards.
- Assist in maintaining production records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify basic production issues and coordinate with senior engineers for corrective action.
- Monitor material availability and support proper utilization of raw materials.




- Learn and follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Perform other production-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Production Processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a shop-floor/production environment.
- Good learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers with Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering can apply.
- Candidates who are willing to build a career in Production / Pre-Fabrication / Manufacturing are preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work initially at Pirana, Ahmedabad and subsequently at Kheda.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
