Role Summary
We are seeking ambitious and technically sound Engineering Graduates to join our core Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance teams. As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), you will be immersed in the full product lifecycle, from conceptual design and component selection to assembly, testing, and commissioning of industrial power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design: Assist in the design and engineering of DC Power Systems, ensuring they meet specific client load requirements and international quality standards.
- Production Oversight: Monitor the assembly of power electronic modules, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Testing & Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous testing of Rectifiers and Chargers (including load tests and heat run tests) to ensure zero-defect delivery.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare technical manuals, quality reports, and compliance certificates for client approvals.
- On-site Commissioning: Coordinate with clients for the installation and commissioning of equipment at various industrial sites.Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Electronics Engineering.
- Core Knowledge: Strong foundation in Power Electronics, Circuit Theory, Transformers, and Semiconductor devices (IGBTs, Thyristors).
- Technical Tools: Basic knowledge of MATLAB, AutoCAD, or PLC programming is preferred.
- Competencies: Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
