We are looking for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist- Digital Marketing to join our digital marketing agency and manage paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns, campaign optimization, audience targeting, performance analysis and reporting. You should also be comfortable working with AI-powered marketing tools and willing to continuously explore recent AI tools and technologies that can improve campaign planning, content creation, research and reporting.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of client advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Handle lead-generation campaigns and multiple client accounts.

Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.

Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS.





Perform campaign testing and optimization.

Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives.

Prepare campaign reports and performance insights.

Manage conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

Explore and implement AI tools for advertising, research, content and reporting.

Stay updated with Meta, Google and AI developments.

Requirements:

2+ years of relevant hands-on experience.

Strong Meta Ads & Google Ads knowledge.

Agency experience preferred.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Interest in AI tools and new digital marketing technologies.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
