Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Gold Loan Sales and Operations Executive. The role involves engaging with customers to explain gold loan products, assessing gold ornaments, and processing loan applications in line with internal policies and compliance requirements. The executive will manage daily branch operations related to gold loans, including documentation, data entry in internal systems, cash handling, and reconciliation of transactions.





Responsibilities also include following up with customers for renewals and repayments, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supporting promotional activities to drive business growth. The role requires close coordination with branch staff and management to ensure smooth service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities, with a focus on clear communication and a professional demeanor.
- Basic financial and operational skills, including handling cash transactions, verifying documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfort with digital tools and branch software for data entry, reporting, and tracking gold loan accounts.
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance, security, and company policies in all gold loan operations.
- Ability to work on-site in a branch environment in Kolkata, collaborate with team members, and meet sales and operational targets.
- Prior experience in retail banking, NBFC operations, or gold loans is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: a graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in finance or banking are a plus.
