Job Summary

SML Finance is looking for an experienced and responsible Gold Loan Manager to manage gold loan operations, customer relationships, business growth, and day-to-day branch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day gold loan operations and ensure smooth branch functioning.
- Handle gold loan processing, documentation, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
- Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with customers regarding repayments, renewals, overdue accounts, and auctions.
- Ensure proper handling, security, and documentation of pledged gold as per company procedures.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
- Lead and coordinate with branch staff to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Gold Loan / Gold Finance.
- Candidates with previous experience as a Gold Loan Manager, Branch Manager, Gold Loan Coordinator, or Senior Gold Loan Executive are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of gold loan operations and documentation.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve business targets.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
