We are expanding our engineering team and looking for two driven Full-Stack Go Developers with 1+ years of hands-on experience who thrive in agile environments, take ownership of end-to-end features, and love building scalable systems.

In this role, you will design and implement high-performance backend microservices in Go, build modern responsive web interfaces with React, manage relational databases, and support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Golang (Go)

.

2. Frontend Development: Develop responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web applications using React

, TypeScript, and modern component tooling.

3. Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries, design database schemas, and manage migrations using PostgreSQL

.

4. Containerization & Deployment: Write multi-stage Dockerfiles, manage local orchestration with Docker Compose

, and assist with deployments utilizing Kubernetes (K8s)





and Nginx reverse proxies.

5. Version Control & Quality:

Collaborate using Git

, write automated unit/integration tests, and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

6. System Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams, and tech leads to deliver robust software solutions on schedule.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

1. Experience: 1+ years of professional software development experience, featuring hands-on commercial or project-based work with Go (Golang)

2. Frontend Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of React

, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

3. Database Competency:

Practical experience with PostgreSQL

(writing joins, indexing, and basic query tuning).

4. Infrastructure & Tooling:

Familiarity with Docker

, basic Kubernetes

, Nginx

, and Linux environments.

5. Version Control: Proficiency with Git workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).

6. Mindset: Solid problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn enterprise system design, and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with real-time features (WebSockets or gRPC).
2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
3. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical background.
