nWe are looking for a commercially driven and result-oriented General Manager to lead our Goa property and drive revenue, profitability, occupancy and business growth.

n

nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

n

n• Drive Revenue, Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR & GOP

n• Develop Sales & Revenue Growth strategies

n• Generate business from Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Groups, Travel Trade & Leisure

n• Build strong relationships with key clients and business partners





n• Lead Sales & Marketing with clear targets and accountability

n• Drive cost control, guest experience and overall profitability

n

nREQUIREMENTS

n

n• 12–18 years of Hospitality experience

n• Strong background in Hotel/Resort Sales, Revenue & Business Development

n• Experience as GM / Resort Manager / DOS / DOSM preferred

n• Robust Goa market network will be an advantage

n• Commercial mindset with strong leadership and business development skills

n
