Key Responsibilities Planning Manager

- Project & Resource Planning: Create detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitoring & Analysis: Track progress against timelines, analyse gaps between planned and actual results, and adjust workflows.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication between clients, stakeholders, and project teams through progress reports and meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Requirement: B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP): Offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), this is the gold standard for project planning and execution.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project planning tools (like Primavera P6, MS Project, or SAP) and data analysis software like Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
