MVN Infrastructure is looking for an experienced General Manager Accounts to manage the accounting and financial reporting function, with a robust focus on project accounting, RERA compliance, MIS and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the project accounting function across projects, ensuring accurate accounting, project cost tracking, revenue recognition and financial controls.

- Oversee RERA accounting, compliance and reporting, ensuring timely submissions and accurate project-wise financial records.

- Lead preparation of MIS and management reports covering project costs, revenue, collections, receivables, payables, profitability and cash flows.

- Drive financial analysis and variance analysis to identify cost deviations, project performance trends and key areas requiring management intervention.

- Oversee project-wise budgeting,



forecasting and financial planning in coordination with project, commercial, sales and business teams.

- Monitor project cash flows, fund utilization and working capital, highlighting risks and deviations to senior management.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly accounts and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reporting packs.

- Establish and strengthen accounting processes, internal controls and financial governance across projects and corporate functions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations and internal policies.

- Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors, RERA consultants, tax consultants, bankers and other external stakeholders.
