Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee - SAP PP

Experience: 0 To 1

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore.

Your Profile:

- BE graduate with 0 To 1 year of experience and a strong interest in SAP PP and production processes.
- Basic understanding of SAP PP transactions, production orders, material consumption, confirmation, and BOM processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve SAP errors and COGI issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Production, SCM, Stores, QC, Planning, and Digital Factory teams.
- Willingness to learn SAP, Digital Factory systems, automation, and process improvement in a manufacturing workplace.

Your Task:

- Monitor SAP vs. Digital Factory production confirmation and ensure timely production/service confirmation through relevant SAP transactions.
- Monitor and support resolution of SAP confirmation errors, COGI issues, SFG/FG shortages, and data transfer issues.
- Track rolled-out machines, SFG/FG confirmation, QC status,



and billing readiness and provide timely status updates.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP PP reports, including COGI, confirmation, shortage, and production status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for SAP/BDF corrections, new developments, automation, and process improvements while maintaining data accuracy and process compliance.
