Job Position : Genetic Counsellor
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Genetic Counsellor to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in educating and empowering clients by interpreting genetic test results, explaining risks, and guiding personalized lifestyle recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, personalized recommendation reports for assigned customers based on genetic, metabolic, and current health inputs, ensuring error-free and actionable guidance.
- Conduct genetic counselling sessions for clients in person and/or online.
- Interpret genetic risk reports and explain findings in an understandable way.
- Stay updated on advancements in genomics and preventive healthcare.
- Take ownership of assigned clients and proactively follow up to ensure clarity, compliance, and satisfaction.
- Participate in internal training sessions, case discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Take responsibility for continuous self-learning and apply updated scientific insights into counselling practice.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Genetics, or Biotechnology.
- Prior experience as a Genetic Counsellor preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam
- Passion for preventive wellness and client education.
