Consultant - Generative AI

- We are seeking a Generative AI Consultant with experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, familiarity with the latest generative models, and a desire to work on innovative AI projects that drive meaningful business value.

What youll do:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models to address diverse business challenges

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand strategic objectives and identify high-impact opportunities for generative AI adoption.

- Drive the deployment of scalable and robust generative AI solutions leveraging cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and best practices.

- Monitor emerging trends in generative AI, evaluate new technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance capabilities

- Contribute to the creation of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the viability of AI solutions.

- Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance, ensuring they meet business objectives.

- Establish AI governance, ethical guidelines, and model validation processes to ensure responsible AI usage across the organization.

- Drive internal training, workshops, and documentation to build generative AI literacy across teams.

- Present technical insights, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, computer science, data science, engineering,



or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.

- Expertise in generative AI models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.), including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

- Strong programming proficiency, especially in Python, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers

- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and related AI workflows.

- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agentic AI: designing AI agents that can act autonomously, make decisions, and orchestrate multi-step workflows.

- Handon experience on Lang chain and Lang graph

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of deep learning techniques: NLP, computer vision, multimodal AI, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering

- Strong analytical and critical thinking to solve complex AI challenges.

- Ability to measure impact and performance of AI models on business outcomes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.

Additional Skills:

- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Capability to break down complex AI concepts into simple, digestible frameworks and presentations.

- Proficiency in working within a collaborative, virtual team environment, contributing to the successful delivery of multiple projects.

- Willingness to travel to other offices as required for client and internal team collaborations.
