Role Description The General Surgeon will work full time in office in Jaipur Rajasthan , providing surgical and related clinical care to patients within the organization’s service network. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, evaluating diagnostic results, recommending appropriate surgical interventions, and performing general surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines.

The role also involves collaborating with primary care physicians, specialists, and in-home care teams to ensure coordinated pre-operative and post-operative care, including follow-up visits and ongoing monitoring of recovery.

The General

Surgeon will maintain accurate medical records,



support quality and safety initiatives, and participate in case discussions and clinical meetings to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical foundation in Medicine, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of conditions.
- Proficiency in core Surgery skills, including pre-operative evaluation, operative techniques, and post-operative care.
- Exposure or competency in Orthopedic Surgery for common musculoskeletal and trauma-related surgical needs.
- Experience or familiarity with Plastic Surgery procedures relevant to wound management, reconstruction, and soft-tissue care.
- Working knowledge of Ophthalmology sufficient to coordinate care for patients requiring surgical or specialized eye interventions.
- Medical degree (MBBS) with recognized postgraduate qualification in General Surgery; valid medical registration and license to practice.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based medicine.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to serve in an on-site clinical environment.
- Prior experience in hospital or multispecialty clinical settings; experience in community or home-care oriented services is an advantage.
