Role & responsibilities :-

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of residential construction projects from planning to completion and handover.
- Take overall responsibility for project timelines, construction progress, quality, cost and resource management.
- Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, milestones and key deliverables.
- Lead project/site teams including Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, Safety, Procurement and Contractors.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, specifications and construction methodologies and resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants.
- Ensure timely mobilization and effective utilization of manpower, materials, machinery and other resources.
- Monitor contractors' performance and ensure adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Track project budgets, quantities, material consumption and cost implications and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Ensure implementation of quality control procedures, safety standards and statutory requirements at the project site.
- Identify project risks,



delays and bottlenecks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare/update MIS, progress reports and management dashboards.
- Coordinate with senior management for major project decisions, approvals and resource requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement and execution teams to minimize delays and rework.
- Monitor finishing works, testing, commissioning, snag rectification and project handover.
- Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, completion records and handover documentation.
- Mentor and guide project teams and develop a strong performance-oriented site culture.

Preferred candidate profile :-

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; M.Tech/MBA/Project Management qualification will be an added advantage.
- 16-20+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project execution.
- Solid experience in residential projects, preferably high-rise / large-scale residential developments.
- Should have independently handled large residential project sites from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing, MEP coordination, planning, quality and project controls.
- Proven experience in managing contractors, consultants, vendors and large site teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
