Model Moulderz is looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and business activities of our architecture, interior design and project execution firm.

The General Manager will work closely with the Founder/Principal Architect and coordinate across Design, Projects, Client Relations, Marketing, Accounts and Administration to ensure smooth operations and consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily operations across the organisation.
- Coordinate between design teams, site teams, clients, vendors and management.
- Monitor ongoing projects for quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.
- Track enquiries, proposals, conversions, billing and collections.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospective customers.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and attendance.
- Coordinate procurement and control operational expenses.




- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review project progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, projects, collections, expenses and staff performance.
- Establish and implement systems and SOPs to improve efficiency.
- Identify operational problems and take corrective action.
- Support the Founder in business development, expansion and strategic planning.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Strong in leadership, communication and team management
- Experienced in architecture, interiors, construction, project management or a related industry
- Capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Highly organised with robust follow-up skills
- Good at problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic business reporting
- Willing to take ownership rather than simply follow instructions

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
