General Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

Experience: 15–20 Years

Location: Urla, Raipur (C.G.)

Salary: Minimum ₹1,00,000 / Month

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Mechanical Maintenance function.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.
- Handle maintenance of furnaces, casting equipment, material handling systems, compressors, pumps and other plant utilities.
- Identify recurring breakdowns and implement RCA and corrective actions.
- Control maintenance costs, spares and inventory.
- Lead the maintenance team and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Quality and Stores departments.




- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Qualification & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in Steel Casting / Foundry / Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and plant machinery.
